The largest employer on the Paraná coast has several opportunities in the cities of Curitiba and Paranaguá; in 2022, the average effectiveness of trainees was 76%.

From January 25th to February 1st, college students will have a second chance to participate in the TCP 2023 Internship Program. With the expansion of the areas of operation, those approved will have contact with the sectors of import warehouse, controller, commercial, flow management, maintenance, operations, IT, health and safety at work. The vacancies are for Curitiba and Paranaguá.

The human resources and quality manager, Washington Bohnn, reinforces that “the program seeks to attract young talents, especially from Paranaguá, to the largest employer on the coast of Paraná. The goal is to combine theory with practice, developing participants’ hard and soft skills.

The application must be made through the Gupy site by clicking on the “apply for the job” tab. After the application is made, the selection team will analyze the profiles compatible with the areas, and will call the candidates to participate in the selection process.

According to Bohnn, the internship program, which has existed for 10 years, works with the intern’s learning commitment – especially during the conduction of projects of great relevance to the company – and stimulates leadership development: in 2022, an average of 76% of the interns were hired. “Throughout TCP’s history, 7 trainees reached leadership in supervision, 12 became coordinators, and 04 reached the management position. In 2021 alone, 14 trainees were hired. Our goal is to stimulate the growth of young people in the company and promote great professionals in the market,” he emphasizes. Currently, TCP has 1,350 employees, working in the cities of Curitiba, Ortigueira and Paranaguá.
