The largest employer on the coast of Paraná has openings in the areas of commercial, finance, maintenance, operations, human resources, and health and safety at work.

University students have until November 15th to enroll in the TCP 2022 Internship Program. This year, interns will have contact with the commercial, financial, maintenance, operations, human resources, health and safety areas. The vacancies are for Curitiba and Paranaguá.

The HR manager, Thais Marques, reinforces that “TCP is the largest employer on the coast of Paraná and the program seeks to attract young talents, especially from Paranaguá, to the company. We always try to ally theory with practice, developing hard and soft skills”.

The application must be made through the Gupy website (//lnkd.in/dVTVKiAa), clicking on the “apply for the job” tab. The student will log in and then answer the survey questions. After the application, HR will screen the candidates. Those approved will have a panel with managers and exchange knowledge.

TCP started the program 10 years ago, which seeks to attract young talent to the company. According to Marques, the terminal works with the commitment of learning with the trainee during the conduction of an important project for the company and in the development of leadership during the period of participation of the university student.

“Throughout TCP’s history, 7 interns reached leadership in supervision, 12 became coordinators, and 04 reached the management position. In 2021 alone, 14 trainees were hired. Our goal is to stimulate the growth of young people in the company and promote great professionals in the market”, emphasizes Marques. Currently, TCP has 1,300 employees, who work in the cities of Curitiba, Ortigueira and Paranaguá.
